I Hate Compassion                                                                       by

Why exactly should I have compassion for other people? Do I know them?  Do I want to?  Is there a similarity?  A unity?  If I am they, then why do they feel so bad?  I don't?  If they are I, shouldn't they have my good looks and glaring common sense?  Or better yet, compassion for me?  Dare I imagine such absurdity!

Compassion is bull.  Maybe it's not malicious bull.  But it's dumb bull.  A big bandage for a small injury.  In time I may feel bad, but in time I will feel better again.  Why worry?  Feelings are like weather.  They come and go.  And most predictions are wrong.

I think compassion is really hatred done to self so that we may do love to others who do not deserve it.   This is done in most religions.  I am now officially including Buddhism in the religions I joke about.  Besides, according to Buddhist theory, it is good for me to ridicule Buddhism.  It teaches them humility.

It is always a matter of time until one learns how to reverse the twisted truths we tell ourselves to feel calm and blissful.  Even Buddhism is reversed with a little time.  Though Buddhism is better than Christianity or Judaism, it is not much better, and in the long run it is just as bad.

Buddhists say:  "One must make an effort."  Make an effort to what?  All good sentences have an object.  I counter:  find your own sense of validity .

A good way to experience one's own validity is to eliminate self doubt and act upon one's judgements.

I once drew swastikas all over myself.  It was then that I knew I had reached the limit of Buddhism.  Specifically,  Buddha is the highest state one can reach in Buddhism.  And Buddha is not a very high state.  Only higher than most.

I do not read books that say Help Others, or that say Self Help.  Mine read " Help Yourself."  Fear of reprisal?

Funny Anecdote:  I got hit as a kid, but never completely beaten up.  You have to hit back.  Or hit first for that matter.  Hitting first usually ends the beating up.  Kids tried to beat me up.  Whole crowds of kids.  Now I am working, and they are collecting free money on welfare.  But small money. Karma?

Swasti Ka: sanskrit, meaning "He fares well." Was it meant to be?  What is a lot in life?  What is this "meant to be" crap?  Resolution?  Acceptance? Serenity?  Pacifism?

Beatings are natural. Ever see animals beat on each other?  Not to mention, boxing is great.  That's my opinion.  Want to fight over it?

Nonviolence.  Do you think evolutionary levels necessitate higher morality?  Pacifism? Look at priests and presidents.  You, are wrong.

People with more at stake are more at risk which means more likely to fight.  They fight rueful fights.  They hire ruthless fighters.  And how we perfect war.  And for the others?  What is the general rule?  "If they could, they would."

It doesn't matter if a liberal socialist or anarchist calls you an animal for your use of tactics or tools.  Animals use weapons, including the animal that says it is not correct to call some people animals.  One is merely an individual animal while the others are a herd of animals, and yet not all animals are the same.

I love when all the moral people of the world decide to come together and become one big bully.  The Animal-Golem.  The cruelty really shows then.  Except, we are told, for the various philosophers.  Philosophers turn into butterflies every day.  And their flapping supposedly causes hurricanes.  Perhaps not the meteorological kind.

Buddhism, eastern or western, is no less a poison than the other religions, just more slowly acting.  Jainism is not too bright either.  "Harm nothing."  Impossible.

Comparatively, Buddhism is a better short run religion than Judaism, Christianity or Islam, but in the long run all religions are equal.  Yet, there is no eliminating religion.  Or eating.  (Sorry, KRS).

I like to think I am above eating, but every three hours there goes another hamburger.  Much like people in the news.
