Snoop Getting Dogged                                                                  by

Like Fela Kuti's persecution in Nigeria, when a musician becomes an enemy of the state, fellow musicians will speak out! Snoop Dogg, who began carrying a defense weapon when airport security personnel began harrassing him and denying his freedom to travel, is not free to enjoy himself, defend himself, or travel in the English speaking countries. Police don't show half the enthusiasm in prosecuting the murder of Jam Master Jay as they do shaking down rap artists such as Snoop for thousands of dollars, and incarcerating them for imaginary infractions.

Snoop Dog was arrested three times in three months stemming from his initial arrest for posessing a self-defense weapon at an airport. We should therefore assume that Snoop Dog is under constant surveillance by the police, as were Biggie and Tupac right up until they were murdered. Since all local police departments in the United States have been acquired by Homeland Security and the various unnamed black box departments of the police state, we must assume that Snoop Dog has been subject to any or all of the following:

Dossiers.
Through the wall spying.
Virtual Strip Search spying by the "see through clothing" radar camcorder which was taken off civilian markets and given to the police.
Satellite spying.
GPS tracking via cell phone.
Wire tap.
Data Compiling of public records.

Snoop Dogg's "criminal" history:

1990: Cocaine posession arrest
1993: Gun Posession Charge at traffic stop. 3 Years Probation.
1996: Murder Acquittal for bodyguard driveby shooting.
5 2006: Brawl at Heathrow Airport where Snoop and crew were denied access to the British Airways flight to Johannesburg, South Africa. 7 Officers Minorly injured after trying to shove them to the baggage claim. Snoop Dogg is banned from travel to the UK.
Sept. 27: Snoop Dog stopped at John Wayne International Airport in NY with collapsible baton . Not arrested. Charge considered a felony.
Oct 23 MONDAY: Prosecutors "considering charges." Sheriff's spokesman is Jim Amormino.
Oct 27 2006: Burbank California. Snoop arrested by Bob Hope Airport police in a parking zone for 'vehicle code violation' searched, arrested for suspicion of being a felon in posession of marijuana and guns. Posted $35,000 bail. Orange County DA had been "considering charges" since NY.
Nov. 6: Snoop turns self in in response to arrest warrant and posts 150,000 dollars bond for the baton incident.
Nov. 30: Burbank Police Dept. gets in on the circle jerk and executes a search warrant on Snoop at NBC Studio as he leaves the Jay Leno Show, arrested on weapons and narcotics charges. Police say they found the rapper in possession of cocaine, a firearm and a large amount of marijuana. He was also cited for allegedly having a false compartment in his vehicle.

Examples of Homeland Security and its subsidiaries directly meddling in the lives of rappers:

Dec 1997:        ATF mounts gun investigation of Wu Tang Clan member The RZA (Robert Diggs).

May 18, 1999: FBI closes its Full Field Investigation into Jewish Defense League's death threats and extortion of NWA's Easy E. (Eric Wright) and several unnamed rappers. Leader of JDL commits sucide in prison after being arrested for the assassination attempts on Congressman Darryl Issa.

1999:               Street Crime Officers Christopher Roche and and Ol' Dirty Bastard (Russell Jones) have a  shootout at a traffic stop in Crown Heights. Dirty arrested. Grand Jury refused to indict, believing the police started it by pointing guns at their heads.

2000:               Congressional hearings in which Rap A Lot Records and rapper Scarface was under surveillance in Houston, TX by IRS, DEA, and FBI.

2001/2002:      New York City develops special operations unit to deal with rappers. Miami Beach DEA exposed by Nicole White and Evelyn McDonald in maintaining 6" dossiers on visiting rappers.

2002:               Slick Rick (Ricky Walters) arrested and denied due process by INS (now part of DHS) after performance, on basis of 1997 INS warrant.

Feb 2003:        SWAT teams placed on standby for 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson) Concert in Cincinnati.

June 2005:        FBI drops investigation into Nototious B.I.G. (Christopher Wallace) homicide. The FBI had been looking into a theory that rogue police officer David A. Mack and gunman Amir Muhammad were involved, but decided there was not enough evidence for a prosecution.

Oct 2006:         Homeland Security presses forward the vacated case against Slick Rick urging his deportation.

The Haters Magazine Opinion:

It is Haters Magazine's position that local police forces in concert with the Department of Homeland Security are surveilling and persecuting Rap Artists , especially "Gangsta Rappers" because through their music they have become very influential in American civilization, and have conjured in the public imagination the idea of personal freedom idealized as a person who through toughness, bravado, and criminality engages in all the proper freedoms befitting a human being. This is contrary to the public image of the Police State which puts forward the image of the toughness of duly approved custodians of civilization in their blue suits, with their gold badges, their guns, their flashing lights and their hooting police vehicles. The image of the Police State is one of obedience and fear, whereas the image of Hip Hop is disobedience and fearlessness. Police are considered to be effeminate, or pussy, whereas rappers are considered to be masculine. Police are suffering from a public image of faggotry. In retaliation for this public image of faggotry, the police must actively threaten public icons with disarmament, subservience, confiscation, and the specter of strip searches, cavity searches, placement in a dark solitary hole, and sodomy.

Furthermore, Snoop's critics want to cast him in the image that he is the "stupid nigger" who keeps getting busted for the same shit, over and over again, and never cleans up his act. To which our position is that anyone with a set of balls who never compromises and consistently portrays the same true image of himself in the face of criticism or intimidation, keeps up his freedom of speech, his pursuit of happiness, and his right to keep and bear arms inspires us all to be "stupid niggers" when the alternative is to become the bitch of a meddlesome smartass or government expert who is following us around trying to take our rights, or our money, or our guns away.
